Sean “Bear” Hernon, a vegan racer, tackles the Race Around Ireland
If you are vegan, or simply an explorer of better foods, you have to check this out. How about a race around Ireland that covers 2,157km or 1,340 miles that takes about 5 days? How about doing that on a Vegan diet? Sean, a committed Vegan athlete on the Nanu athlete team, is racing to bring awareness to “Cure Leukemia”, a Birmingham England charity. And the Bear, being the Bear, is also racing to demonstrate the power of a plant-based diet. Following on his second place finish in the Race Across Oregon, we have high hopes for Sean.
